Weekend Ashtanga Yoga Workshops 2010

1) Midsummer; June 25th - 27th
Starts at 2 p.m. on Friday and has Salsa with Kari Taura as optional program. The fee for the salsa program is 80 Euros.

2) August 27th - 29th

3) September 24th - 26th

4) October 29th - 31st

The fee is 200 Euro.
All levels are welcome . Also beginners.

What to bring
Bring sheets or a sleeping bag. In case you would forget or prefer to travel light you can hire sheets for
20 Euro/week. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided.
Water bottle as it is recommendable to drink a lot of water during your stay. Warm clothes and a flash light.
If you have a sweet tooth we suggest you to bring some pocket money to enjoy all the cakes and different coffees in the Café.

Travel instructions
Arrival on Friday at Hanko railway station at 6p.m.( Pls. note that the Midsummer workshop starts at 2 p.m.)
Departure from the island is on Sunday at 3p.m. and you would be back in Helsinki at approx 6p.m.
If you are travelling from abroad we recommend you to choose a flight that arrives at Helsinki on a Friday not later than 2p.m.. There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko at 4p.m. The airport bus connection takes about 1/2 hour to the main railway station of Helsinki. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours and the fee is 25 Euros. We will then meet you at Hanko Railway Station at 6p.m. on Friday.

The full fee is to be paid in cash at arrival.

Terms and conditions
Make sure you have valid travel insurance as insurance is not included in the price.
Lodging, 2 meals/ day ( brunch and dinner), 2 yoga sessions/day (asana practice and pranayama) is included in price.
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay for a boat taxi approx: 50 Euro. Only arranged transfers are included in price.

Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows
100 % loss of payment if student decides to not complete the workshop.
