Psychosynthesis & Ashtanga
Yoga during Midsummer
With David Ward and Stefan
Engström the 20th -22nd of June, 2008.
June 20th - 22nd .The
fee is 170 Euro.
All levels are welcome.
This weekend you can try Psychosynthesis as
an optional program. The extra fee
for the
Psychosynthesis
is 80 Euros.
During this
weekend David will explain the principles
of Psychosynthesis and Soul Psychology and how this system was
designed by Assagioli to integrate and include different spiritual
paths and belief patterns, without being aligned to any one religion or group.
We will see how the
many paths to spiritual transformation have the same goal but that this is often
expressed differently. We will be looking at the language that has developed
around spiritual and personal growth and will simplify this.
We will also see that
the easiest and most powerful route to transformation is through the development
of kindness. We will look at the fear some people have of expressing kindness
and how this differs across cultures. We will look at the resistances to being “Kind
to Ourselves”
The two days will
be full of practical exercises and visualisations (about 10 hours of
Psychosynthesis and 5 hours of Ashtanga Yoga). There will be lots of
time for discussion and sharing. Individual sessions will also be available.
Above all, in line with the principles of Soul Psychology the weekend will
be great fun to do and full of joy. For more information regarding Psychosynthesis
have a look at www.soulpsychology.fi or call David on +358 50 3310580.
