Weekend Ashtanga Yoga Workshops 2011

1) September 23rd - 25th or 26th
A two or three days weekend workshop with Stefan Engström.
You can choose to leave on Sunday or Monday.
Program: Ahstanga asanas, pranayama, Yin Yoga and talks on yoga.
The Fee for 2 days is 200 Euros and for 3 days 280 Euros

2) October 28th - 30th or 31st
A two or three days weekend workshop with Stefan Engström.
You can choose to leave on Sunday or Monday.
Program: Ahstanga asanas, pranayama, Yin Yoga and talks on yoga.

3) November 18th - 20th or 21st
A two or three days weekend workshop with Stefan Engström.
You can choose to leave on Sunday or Monday.

What to bring for all weekend workshops
Bring sheets or a sleeping bag. In case you would forget or prefer to travel light you can hire sheets for
20 Euro/week. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided.
Water bottle as it is recommendable to drink a lot of water during your stay. Warm clothes and a flash light.
If you have a sweet tooth we suggest you to bring some pocket money to enjoy all the cakes and different coffees in the Café.

Travel instructions for all weekend workshops
Arrival on Friday at Hanko railway station at 6p.m.
Departure from the island is on a Sunday or a Monday at 3p.m. depending on if it is a 2 days or a 3 days long workshopand.
You would be back in Helsinki at approx 6p.m.
If you are travelling from abroad we recommend you to choose a flight that arrives at Helsinki on a Friday not later than 2p.m.. There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko at 4p.m. The airport bus connection takes about 1/2 hour to the main railway station of Helsinki. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours and the fee is 25 Euros. We will then meet you at Hanko Railway Station at 6p.m. on Friday.

The full fee is to be paid in cash at arrival.

Terms and conditions for all weekend workshops
Make sure you have valid travel insurance as it is not included in the price.
Lodging, 2 meals/ day ( brunch and dinner) and tuition is included in price.
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay for a boat taxi approx: 50 Euro. Only arranged transfers are included in price.

Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows
100 % loss of payment if student decides to not complete the workshop
